Your GC's punch list is written by the same people responsible for the work. Our list is written by an engineer with no skin in the construction game — and a long memory for what fails three years later.

Each inspection produces a documented, photographed, ranked punch list with engineering tolerances and recommended remediation. You get a tool to negotiate, your GC gets clarity on what's required, and you both agree on what "done" looks like.
