The five phases
- I — Pre-construction. Design coordination, permits, value engineering, schedule.
- II — Foundation & structure. Site prep, foundation, framing, envelope.
- III — Systems. MEP rough-in, insulation, drywall.
- IV — Finishes. Trim, tile, casework, paint, fixtures.
- V — Final touches. Punch list, close-out, warranty, owner handoff.
